On November 25th, Zeng Ziyi from the China Cooperative Research Institute gave a special report titled "Research on the Promoting Effect of the Internet on Rural Household Consumption Upgrading - Empirical Analysis Based on CGSS2017 Data" at the Guangxue Building. All students in the institute listened to the report. Zeng Ziyi first had a heated discussion with all students in the college on the relationship between the Internet and the upgrading of household consumption in rural areas. At the same time, she specifically analyzed the impact of the Internet on rural residents of different age groups and income levels. Then, the focus was on demonstrating how to select data, variables, and appropriate models to measure the level of Internet development and rural household consumption, and then studying the promoting effect of the Internet on the upgrading of rural household consumption. Finally, a large number of examples were used to illustrate the writing skills and precautions in terms of research objectives, research framework, and innovation points when writing a paper, providing a profound analysis of the key and difficult points of academic research. Zeng Ziyi's special report has cutting-edge viewpoints and infectious language, which has great inspiration for the attending students. It has important guiding significance for further expanding the research perspective of students at the China Cooperative Research Institute and improving their research level.
