On January 18, Chunchun Shi gave an online academic report entitled "The Influence of Rural Labor Transfer on Farmers' Income Increase".Part of the teachers and students attended the lecture presided by Mengxiang Deng.

First, Chunchun Shi reviewed the process of China's urbanization, analyzed the siphon effect of cities on the rural labor force, and believed that the large-scale population flow had a significant impact on China's social and economic development. Secondly, Chunchun Shi explained the value and significance of the research topic, and believed that the research on the transfer of rural labor force and the optimization of farmers' income structure is of great significance to solve the problem of unbalanced and insufficient development. Finally, Chunchun Shi selected the data of rural household income and rural labor transfer from 1990 to 2012 to conduct empirical analysis, and drew some conclusions that rural labor transfer has a positive effect on the increase of farmers' income and put forward targeted policy recommendations.
