Abstract:With the continuous progress of my country's socialist construction in the new era, the rapid development of science and technology, and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, the development of enterprises has also put forward new requirements for the development of enterprises from high-speed growth to high-quality development. A company is a large-scale state-owned cigarette manufacturing enterprise. Facing the requirements of high-quality development in the new era, it carries out quality improvement activities of all employees, all processes, and all elements from all links, and continues to deepen research on relevant elements that affect product quality and strengthen quality Improve and promote. Therefore, with the advancement of quality improvement activities, A company is faced with the need to further improve product quality by improving the service quality of its production assurance department, that is, the power workshop, in order to achieve high-quality development. In this context, this project uses the SERVQUAL model, combined with the work characteristics of the A company’s power department, and uses questionnaire surveys and data analysis tools to analyze the connotation of production assurance quality, the influencing factors of assurance quality, and evaluation methods. In the above, the production support capability of the power workshop is analyzed and evaluated, and then the key elements such as process requirements and production requirements for improving the production support capability and the urgency of improvement are obtained. Finally, a production assurance evaluation model and a quality improvement model that are applicable to production assurance organizations are established, and the key elements that have been found are improved to improve service quality. Finally, in the main contributions and prospects, the research of this subject innovatively uses the SERVQUAL model to evaluate the quality of production assurance, and the research method is relatively novel. The research results are not only conducive to the improvement of the quality of the production guarantee of the power workshop of A company, but also have a positive impact on the improvement of the quality of the company's final product. It has strong practical functions and economic significance, and provides a guarantee for the high-quality development of the company. The research results can also be applied to the logistics support departments of other production enterprises.
