Abstract:The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: “Adhere to the positioning of houses for living, not for speculation, and speed up the establishment of a housing system with multi-subject supply, multi-channel guarantee, and simultaneous rental and purchase, so that all people can live in a place."Huainan High-tech Zone, as a key new urban area for Huainan City’s development, shoulders the mission of Huainan's resource-based city transformation and development pilot area. Housing security work is directly related to the people’s sense of gain, happiness, and security, and also promotes high-quality economic and social development.
