On November 8, Weiliang Tao and Wu Pan online delivered academic reports entitled "Empirical Analysis of Comprehensive Land Carrying Capacity in Anhui Province Based on Dynamic Factor Analysis" and "The Impact of Education on the Entry of Migrant Workers into the Labor Market".Some teachers, graduate students and undergraduates of our college attended the forum presided by Yuanyuan Lu, a teacher.

From the dimensions of time and space, Weiliang Tao used STATA as a statistical analysis tool and used dynamic factor analysis to analyze the development level and comprehensive land carrying capacity of 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province from 2013 to 2017 by constructing an index system for comprehensive land carrying capacity. The change trend is analyzed statically and dynamically. Wu Pan used the Logit model to study the impact of education on the entry of migrant workers into the labor market based on the data from the 2016 National Floating Population Health and Family Planning Dynamic Monitoring Survey.Its research shows that migrant workers with knowledge and skills have obvious employment advantages in the labor market. At last, the teachers and students present at the meeting had a heated discussion with strong academic atmosphere. The academic forum which is informative and insightful broadened the horizons of the students and teachers, providing them with a deeper understanding of the  impact of comprehensive land carrying capacity and education in Anhui Province on the entry of migrant workers into the labor market.
