Abstract:Anhui Province is located in the central part of China. With its unique advantages, it will occupy an important position in China's future economic development planning and practice.With the deepening of the supply-side economic structural reforms, Anhui Province is facing the real need of upgrading the industrial structure and requires a large number of skilled talents. Therefore, the emphasis on the training model of vocational education, production and education integration talents is increasing, and the government’s macro-control On the basis of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, vocational schools and enterprises have worked together on the basis of mutual benefit and invested a lot of resources to jointly cultivate talents needed for economic development, and achieved very significant results.However, in the face of the rapid growth of the number and quality of vocational education talents in the future, how to improve the efficiency of resource allocation as much as possible has become a problem worthy of research.
