Abstract:Vaccines have the attributes of public goods, are related to thousands of households, and are the basic link to protect national health.There are uncertainties in the risk of vaccine damage, and perfecting the vaccine damage relief mechanism is the institutional guarantee for dispersing and sharing the risk of vaccine damage.With the intervention of corporate vaccine liability insurance, my country will form a vaccine damage relief system with two main bodies of government administrative compensation relief and corporate liability insurance compensation. With the intervention of corporate vaccine liability insurance, my country will form a vaccine damage relief system with two main bodies of government administrative compensation relief and corporate liability insurance compensation, and form the vaccine damage relief mechanism that the government, the market and the society share the risk.
