Abstract: Industry gatherings promote the rapid development of regional economy and promote economic growth;Foreigndirect investment can bring vitality to economic development, stimulate enterprise competition and promote enterprise upgrading.Both can significantly promote regional economic development, but at the same time, industrial development will inevitably bring pollution to the environment and bring pressure to the regional ecological environment.What is the impact of industrial agglomeration on the environment, and what kind of interaction between it and foreign direct investment on the environment is the question that this article wants to study.Therefore, this article analyzes the impact of industrial agglomeration on the environment and the interactive impact of industrial agglomeration and foreign direct investment on the environment based on the provincial panel data from 1999 to 2015.
