Abstract:Basedon the 2016 national migrant population dynamic monitoring survey data, this article empirically analyzes the impact of educational human capital on the acquisition of migrant workers’ health rights.Use the IVProbit model in the instrumental variable method to estimate, try to solve the endogenous problem between education level and health rights acquisition.Research shows that, first, education human capital has significantly improved the ability of migrant workers to obtain various health rights;Second, the level of education affects migrant workers' access to urban medical insurance far more than it affects the establishment of health records and participation in health education;Third, the needs of migrant workers for different health education reflect a certain level;Fourth, if the endogenous problem between education level and the acquisition of health rights is not resolved, the impact of educational human capital on the acquisition of migrant workers' health rights will be underestimated. In order to protect the health of migrant workers and improve their competitiveness in the labor market, financial investment in rural education should be strengthened, vocational training for migrant workers should be standardized, and the management of migrant workers’ health files should be included in the focus of community public health services. Establish a medical insurance system arrangement that meets the characteristics of the migration of migrant workers, and carry out health education through multiple channels.
