On Sept.1st ,Shu Fang angd Jitai Guo Online respectively made the title of "Research on the Urban Competitiveness of the Huaihe River Eco-economic Belt under High-quality Development" and "Logical Evolution of Environmental Governance: Territorial Fragmentation to Integrated Governance-Anhui Province "Chizhou City as an example" academic report.Part of the teachers, graduate students and undergraduates attended the lecture.This forum was chaired by Yue Wang .
By constructing and analyzing the urban competitiveness index system of the Huaihe River Eco-economic Zone, Fang Shu fully introduced the current development situationssand existing problems of the Huaihe Eco-economic Zone urban agglomeration, and then provided suggestions for improving the economic development level and the quality of the economic zone policy recommendations and basis.Jitai Guo used Hicks’ holistic theory as the entry point to discuss the typical environmental governance representing the pollution control of industrial parks, and pointed out that the fragmentation of governance subjects, governance responsibilities, governance resources, and governance information are the causes of the poor pollution control efficiency of industrial parks. At last , teachers and students had a heated discussion on relevant issues , and the academic atmosphere was strong.The content of this academic forum is rich,which broadened the field of vision of the teachers and students participating in the conference, and enabled teachers and students of our school to have a deeper understanding of the development direction of the Huaihe River Economic Belt and the endogenous logic of fragmentation.
