Chenlu Song and Peifan Ni delivered their academic reports respectively on June 15th, namely Industrial Structure Upgrading and Economic Development --- Based on the Empirical Analysis of Panel Data in 31 Provinces, and Evaluation and Research on the Service Efficiency of Private Pension Service Institutions from the Perspective of Super-efficiency DEA --- A Case Study of a City in Anhui Province. Some teachers, graduate students and undergraduates of our college attended the forum presided by Xiang Li, a teacher.
Based on the empirical analysis of the influence of the panel data of relative variables from 2004 to 2018 in 31 provinces to economic development, Chenlu Song gave some suggestions to the development of industrial structure in China. Taking a city in Anhui province as an example, Peifan Ni made an analysis of the input of service resources such as nursing personnel and beds in private pension service institutions, and then gave some suggestions to the improvement of efficiency of the resources allocation. At last, the teachers and students present at the meeting had a heated discussion with strong academic atmosphere. The academic forum which is informative and insightful broadened the horizons of the students and teachers, providing them with a deeper understanding of the trends of economic development in the process of industrial structure optimization and upgrading and of the service level of private pension service institutions.
