On June 25th, Hui Ji, editor-in-chief from periodical office of China Cooperative Economy, was invited to deliver an academic lecture named Cooperative System: the Necessary Path for China’s Agriculture to Modernization. Part of the teachers, graduate students and undergraduates attended the lecture presided by Lijian Qin, the Associate Dean.
Hui Ji had an introduction of the rebuilding process of cooperative system in China, of how did new farmers make a difference and of legal construction in the field of cooperative economy. What’s more, she also explained the meaning and influence of cooperative economy organization to agricultural economy of China. At last, the teachers and students present at the meeting had a heated discussion with strong academic atmosphere. The academic forum which is informative and insightful broadened the horizons of the students and teachers, providing them with a deeper understanding of the evolution process of cooperative system in China.
