On June 19th , Ji Guo, associate professor from school of economics of Beijing Normal University, was invited to deliver an academic lecture named Tourism promotes rural revitalization of China. Part of the teachers, graduate students and undergraduates attended the lecture presided by Lijian Qin, the Associate Dean.
Ji Guo had an introduction of the development status of rural tourism of China from the two aspects of the tax of rural tourism and cultural inheritance. Then, he verified the way of rural tourism providing people with job opportunities and benefits by employing empirical analysis. At last, the teachers and students present at the meeting had a heated discussion with strong academic atmosphere. The academic forum which is informative and insightful broadened the horizons of the students and teachers, providing them with a deeper understanding of rural tourism in China.
