Abstract:In order to explore whether the development of Agricultural Production Cooperation Organization will make an impact on the efficiency of agricultural production, the establishment of DEA-tobit model is toanalyze the efficiency of agricultural production of each province in the Yangtze River Economic Zone and the influence of social environmental factors including the Agricultural Production Cooperation Organization on the efficiency of agricultural production. The study finds that three provinces of Anhui, Jiangxi and Yunnan affected by agricultural technology and management have the low efficiency of agricultural production. Besides, there is a phenomenon in the three provinces that the agricultural production inputs of pesticides, fertilizers and plastic films are excessive. The current development of Agricultural Production Cooperation Organization in this region has little impact on the improvement of the efficiency of agricultural production and the disutility remains. Among other social environmental factors, government financial support has the most impact. Combined with the research conclusion, the writer puts forward reasonable suggestions from a perspective of the constitution of Agricultural Production Cooperative Organization, the standardization of the non-governmental organization and the improvement of the overall quality of the organization.
