On November 10th, our college invited Professor Daoyuan Zhuang of the School of Economics and Management of Huaibei Normal University to explain the path entitled "The exploration of the path of characteristic culture construction to promote rural rejuvenation -take the culture of Northern Anhui Grand Canal as an example".Part of the teachers and students attended the lecture presided by Dean Lijian Qin.

First, Daoyuan Zhuang comprehensively explained the significance of culture to promote rural revitalization from the aspects of common prosperity, national food security, and ecological protection. Secondly, Daoyuan Zhuang introduced in detail the ecological and humanistic environment along the Northern Anhui Grand Canal, and analyzed the current situation of the tangible and intangible cultural heritage along the Northern Anhui Grand Canal. Third, Daoyuan Zhuang combined the actual situation along the Northern Anhui Grand Canal and put forward targeted policy suggestions for the construction of special culture to promote rural revitalization in terms of industrial development, ecological protection, rural culture, and governance system.

The academic forum which is informative and insightful broadened the horizons of the students and teachers, providing them with a deeper understanding of the characteristic cultural construction along the Northern Anhui Grand Canal.
