On October 31,  Chongqing Dai gave an academic report entitled "Configuration Research on Government Governance Countermeasures Achieving High-Quality Development under the Background of Carbon Neutrality--Taking Anhui Province as an Example".Part of the teachers, graduate students and undergraduates attended the lecture presided by Linsong Wang.

Based on the configuration factors of enterprises, individuals and the government, and combined with the qualitative comparative analysis method (QCA),Chongqing Dai analyzes from the configuration perspective how the government governance countermeasures under the background of carbon neutrality in Anhui Province can achieve high-quality development. Collective relations study the configuration effect of high-quality development of government governance in the context of carbon neutrality. Finally,  Chongqing Dai proposed that Anhui Province needs to formulate action plans and policy guidelines for the dual-carbon target, clarify the time limit for the dual-carbon target in various regions of Anhui Province, and launch an action guide for corporate and citizen carbon dioxide emissions.

The academic forum which is informative and insightful broadened the horizons of the students and teachers, providing them with a deeper understanding of the government governance in Anhui Province under the background of carbon neutrality.
