Abstract:This article describes the implementation status of the long-term care insurance policy in Anqing City, and aims to analyze the problems existing in the implementation of the policy under the current conditions, such as insufficient coverage, long-term care insurance payment mechanism leading to the lack of sustainability of medical insurance funds, and long-term care insurance subsidies. Insufficient, long-term care insurance policy is not publicized, and corresponding solutions are proposed. At the same time, the double difference model (DID) is used to study the impact of the implementation of the policy on the tertiary industry. In this paper, Chuzhou City, which is similar to the development of the tertiary industry in Anqing City, is used as the experimental group, Anqing City is used as the control group, and 2016 is the intermediary point. The policy has not been implemented before 2016 and the policy implementation after 2016 is used as the experimental period dummy variables. Add the regional GDP, the disposable income of urban residents, the proportion of urban population, the number of employment in the tertiary industry, and the regional fiscal revenue as control variables into the influencing factors of the tertiary industry, draw relevant conclusions and give recommendations.
