Abstract:Based on the super-efficiency SBM model, using panel data from 2000 to 2017, the carbon emission efficiency of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Zone was measured, and a spatial measurement model was established to explore the influencing factors and spatial effects of carbon emission efficiency. The results show that since the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", the carbon emission efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has shown an upward trend, and there are obvious differences between regions; the level of economic development and energy structure can significantly promote the improvement of carbon emission efficiency, government regulations and external The degree of openness will inhibit the carbon emission efficiency; the carbon emission efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Zone has a significant spatial correlation. In order to improve the carbon emission efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Zone, one is to transform the economic development model and deepen the construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society; the second is to encourage technological innovation and accelerate the transformation of energy consumption structure; the third is to make overall planning and promote coordinated regional development .
