On March 9th, Ting Dong did an academic report entitled "The Evolution of Retired Military Resettlement Policy".Part of the teachers, graduate students and undergraduates attended the lecture presided by Si Chang.

Ting Dong was in the 2018 State Council's Retired Military Affairs Department as a research background, tried to explore the evolution of China's retired military resettlement and protection policy.Its studies have shown that the retired military resettlement work has strong cross-comparative and complexity, and it is necessary to institutional design on the cooperative mechanism between the relevant agencies, thereby promoting the improvement of the resettlement and protection system of my country's retired military.The academic forum which is informative and insightful broadened the horizons of the students and teachers, providing them with a deeper understanding of the retired soldiers' resettlement security policy.
