        Abstract:Retired military personnel are the precious wealth of the party and the country, and also an important part of our country’s human resources. Doing a good job in ensuring the placement of veterans is an important support to ensure the smooth realization of military reforms. It is important for strengthening national defense and military construction, promoting economic and social development, and maintaining politics. Security and stability are of great significance. In the past 40 years of reform and opening up, the development and evolution of our country’s veterans’ resettlement guarantee policy reflects the adaptation to the differentiated needs of policy targets, the resolution of problems in the implementation of the policy, and the cooperation model between various functional departments, which is in line with the economic and social development situation. of. In recent years, the state has continuously improved the treatment of military personnel in all aspects, and has also attached great importance to the placement and protection of veterans. In March 2018, the 13th National People’s Congress reviewed and approved the State Council’s institutional reform plan and established the Department of Veterans Affairs. It is also very necessary to formulate and implement the policies for the placement and support of veterans, as well as to study the effectiveness of their implementation. The placement and support of veterans is highly overlapping and complex. The development of my country's veterans placement support system and the design of inter-institutional cooperation mechanisms are further explored by studying the law of change and evolution of the placement support policy for veterans in China.
