On March 2nd, Si Chang Online delivered an academic report entitled "Analysis of the Causes of the Loss of Grassroots Employees and Countermeasures Based on the Two-factor Theory".Part of the teachers, graduate students and undergraduates attended the lecture presided by Yihao Pan,a teacher.Based on the two-factor theory,Si Chang uses questionnaire surveys and case studies to analyze the reasons for the loss of grassroots employees in state-owned enterprises from the perspective of motivational factors and health care factors.
