Abstract: Based on the establishment of an evaluation index system for the level of economic high-quality development and quality change, the principal component analysis method and the analytic hierarchy process are used to measure the level of economic high-quality development and quality change in Anhui Province from 2005 to 2018, and the coupling coordination degree model is used to reflect The coupling and coordination between high-quality economic development and quality reform in Anhui Province, with the help of regression model to analyze the driving effect of quality reform on the high-quality economic development of Anhui Province.The conclusion is that: the high-quality economic development and quality reform of Anhui Province are showing an upward trend in general; the coupling and coordination of the two have gradually increased, and the state of serious imbalance has gradually changed to a state of high-quality coordination; quality reform has an impact on the high-quality development of Anhui's economy It has a positive driving effect and has significant effects; finally, it puts forward relevant policy recommendations based on the research conclusions.
